Responsibilities:
Under general direction of Dietary Chef, provides for the dietary and nutritional needs of patients, guests and staff Prepares, cooks and serves food according to hospital standards and nutritional guidelines Follows hospital recipes Adheres to all hospital and state sanitation and food handling codes
Requirements:
