Join Our Dynamic Float Pool ICU Team - Position: Float Pool Pod A ICU RN - Work Schedule: Night shifts, 4x12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) - Patient Ratios: 1:2 - Experience Requirement: Minimum 1 year of ICU experience - First-Timers Welcomed: Yes, we encourage new talents! - Weekend Requirement: Minimum every other weekend; flexibility to exceed to meet unit needs - Holiday Work: Must be open to working 3 out of 5 major holidays - Floating Requirement: Clinicians may float to different ICU floors or a lower acuity unit, including tele floor - Certifications Required: ACLS, BCLS, NIH - On-Call Requirement: No on-call shifts expected - RTO Restrictions: Requests for time off (RTO) must be included at submission - Guaranteed Hours: Facility may call off once per two-week pay period - Charting System: Epic - Parking: Enjoy the convenience of free parking!
