What You'll Do:
As a Production Assembler, you'll help manufacture high-quality products by following established procedures and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products and components according to work instructions and specifications. Perform testing and inspections to ensure products meet quality requirements. Package finished products for shipment. Operate a variety of assembly workstations and production equipment. Use hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards. Follow assembly processes, safety procedures, and operating instructions. Report equipment, quality, material, or process concerns to your supervisor. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Support team objectives and production schedules. Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're looking for
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Basic computer skills. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications:
Six months or more of manufacturing, assembly, production, or related experience. Experience using hand tools and power tools. Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Physical Requirements:
This position requires regular physical activity, including: Standing for the majority of the shift. Frequent walking and movement throughout the work area. Continuous lifting and moving of materials up to 10 pounds. Regular lifting and moving of materials up to 25 pounds. Occasional lifting and moving of materials up to 50 pounds. Reaching, bending, twisting, climbing stairs, and operating hand tools as needed.
