Lead, Strategic Initiatives

Overview In this role you drive strategic initiatives within the ECSC organization, blending strategy, program management, and execution. You own implementation plans, coordinate stakeholders, and establish governance with measurable milestones. You navigate ambiguity, influence without authority, and push for practical outcomes through cross-functional collaboration. You’ll work closely with executives to turn objectives into actionable workstreams and deliver sustainable improvements. Responsibilities Lead execution of strategic initiatives by translating objectives into actionable workplans with clear accountability Establish governance, operating cadences, KPI dashboards, and reporting to track progress Conduct analyses to identify opportunities for cost reduction, productivity, and process improvements Develop executive-level business cases, recommendations, and status updates for senior leaders Partner with stakeholders to drive accountability, identify risks, dependencies, and resource needs Identify and implement technology, automation, and AI-enabled solutions to enhance effectiveness Facilitate workshops, reviews, and change-management activities to align priorities and accelerate decisions Key requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, or related field 5+ years in management consulting, strategic initiatives, project management, or related disciplines Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in business cases and executive recommendations Proven project management experience including planning, risk management, and delivering impact Excellent verbal and written communication, including executive presentations Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power Point Ability to influence stakeholders in a matrixed environment and manage multiple prioritiesPMP, Lean Six Sigma, or related certification Experience with KPI dashboards, governance routines, and tools like Power BI/Excel/Power Pointinfluence without authoritycross-functional collaborationbias toward action Microsoft Excel Power Point Power BI
