The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, managing, and coordinating various business and commercial development operations, with a focus on property and lease management, concessions, and ground transportation. This role involves leading and mentoring staff, developing and implementing strategies to attract and retain businesses that align with the company's strategic plan, and ensuring a diversified revenue stream.The Deputy Chief Revenue Officer will also be involved in regional economic development, maintaining strong relationships with the marketing and strategic communications department, and leading the execution of the agreement management lifecycle. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least 8 years' of experience in commercial real estate, land development, lease management, concessions management, and/or ground transportation, with a minimum of 3 years' in a supervisory role.Strategic thinking, effective leadership, and strong analytical abilities are essential. The role requires executive-level communication skills, the ability to influence and interact with stakeholders at all levels, and a deep understanding of business practices in the aviation and commercial real estate industries.
