Senior Director Human Resources

Empowered Hospitality is on the lookout for rockstar senior HR leaders for opportunities based in the New York City area! These are highly visible leadership roles supporting multi-state restaurant operations within the casual and upscale-casual/full-service space. The right person will be comfortable moving between strategic HR leadership and the hands-on realities of supporting restaurant operations. In this role, you’ll partner closely with senior leadership and restaurant operators to shape and execute the people strategy across multiple locations and markets. Location & Travel This is a hybrid role based in the New York City area. Candidates should be NYC-based or able to commute easily into the city on a regular basis. Because the organization operates across multiple states, periodic out-of-state travel to restaurant locations will be required.
