Day Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and optimize Sev One, SANO, and/or Netcool monitoring platforms Monitor TELCO network performance, identify issues, and support rapid incident resolution Build and maintain dashboards, alerts, and reporting for network health and performance metrics Collaborate with network engineering and operations teams to improve visibility and service assurance Analyze performance data to proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and capacity issues Troubleshoot network incidents across multi-vendor environments Ensure monitoring tools align with TELCO operational standards and SLAs
