About the Role: As a Recreational Therapy Assistant Fulltime Days, you will work closely with our Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapies teams to design and implement customized recreational programs for our patients. Your expertise will help patients achieve their goals and regain independence, making a meaningful difference in their lives.

Responsibilities: Collaborate with therapists to develop and implement recreational therapy programs that meet individual patient needs Assist patients with adaptive recreational activities, such as arts and crafts, music therapy, and exercise programs Monitor patient progress and report findings to the therapy team Maintain accurate records and documentation of patient participation and progress Participate in interdepartmental meetings to ensure effective communication and coordination of patient care Assist with inventory management and maintenance of recreational therapy equipment and supplies
