RN - Float Pool

Job Description: ICU Registered Nurse (RN) We are seeking a dedicated and skilled ICU Registered Nurse for a Float Pool position to join our healthcare team. This role requires flexibility to meet the needs of various ICU floors and lower acuity units, including telemetry.

Job Responsibilities: Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients across multiple ICU units. Be prepared to float between different settings according to staffing needs. Work required shifts, including weekends and holidays, as necessary. Maintain clear communication with the healthcare team and ensure continuity of care. Utilize Epic for charting and patient documentation.

Qualifications: Minimum of 1 year of ICU nursing experience required. Current certifications in ACLS, BCLS, and NIH.Must be willing to work a minimum of every other weekend, with the possibility of exceeding this requirement based on unit needs. Must be open to working on 3 of 5 major holidays. No pending licenses will be accepted. Requests for time off must be submitted at the time of application.

Type: Float Pool with potential to float to different ICU units. Ratios: 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio.
