Occupational Health & Industrial Hygiene Advisor
Assess and control workplace health risks across energy, oil, gas, and power operations. Conduct exposure monitoring and ensure compliance with OSHA and internal standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and manage industrial hygiene programs.
Perform occupational health risk assessments and exposure monitoring.
Lead incident investigations related to health and exposure events.
Provide training, coaching, and technical guidance to operations teams.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen safety culture.
Support low-carbon initiatives and contribute to a healthy, safe, and inclusive workplace.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Expertise in occupational health and industrial hygiene practices.
Strong knowledge of OSHA requirements and applicable standards.
Ability to assess hazards, interpret exposure monitoring results, and recommend controls.
Competence in incident investigation and risk mitigation.
Effective communication and training skills; collaborative, stakeholder-focused mindset.
