Pay Rate: $60,000–$70,000 base salary, based on experience, plus a project-completion bonus Full-Time, Direct-Hire
Overview: The details guests remember most at the world's most distinguished hotels rarely happen by accident. Our client is an established, international luxury hospitality products company that partners with leading hotel brands, management companies, and distributors to design and develop the signature products behind the guest experience, including a growing hospitality textile program. The company is privately held, growing at double digits every year, expanding its U.S. market, and adding businesses through acquisition. This is a newly created seat, built from that growth. The Project Development Associate will be the organizational engine behind a steady flow of product development projects: gathering details from the sales team, conveying designs to development and sourcing teams overseas, and making sure nothing gets lost in the handoff. It is an ideal first step into project management for an early-career professional from the textile industry who wants to grow with a premium brand, learning directly from experienced Project Managers on multi-million-dollar programs. What the Project Development Associate will own:
  • Tracking a portfolio of roughly 10 active product development projects through a defined, process-driven workflow

  • Keeping each project moving from request through development and client feedback until it passes to the operations team
  • Turning around standard configured projects quickly (often within days), alongside more complex programs that run several months
  • Supporting Project Managers on complex, high-value programs at their request: assisting, learning, and helping them hit their deadlines
  • Occasional contact with hotel brands, distributors, and management companies when project information is needed (no selling involved)
  • Supporting hospitality textile projects as the company's textile program ramps upKeeping records accurate and current across the company's project and CRM systems
