Genetic Counseling Program Manager

Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation seeks a senior genetic counselor to manage and advance the genetics program for BMH Tipton and BCC, collaborating with the Director of Genetic Counseling, leadership, physicians, and clinicians to support clinical and educational initiatives and strategies. You will coordinate genetic counseling across markets, develop performance improvement plans, standardize practices, and build external partnerships to enhance patient care and service delivery.
