Senior Consultant, Health Care

Overview In this senior role, you will lead complex internal and client projects that drive innovative care models and better health outcomes. You’ll collaborate with executives, clinicians, and vendors to deliver strategic redesign, analytics, and transformation initiatives. Your work helps clients navigate the evolving healthcare landscape and scale value-based programs. Compensation / Benefitscomprehensive health insurance planswellness stipendpaid parental leavehealthcare-focused cultureflexible work optionsprofessional development opportunities Responsibilities Lead and manage assigned project workstreams, including planning, resourcing, risks, and timelines Ensure deliverables meet industry standards and client expectations Build and maintain relationships with client executives and staff to secure engagement success Monitor contractual obligations and maintain high client satisfaction Coordinate cross-functional workgroups with clients, staff, and SMEsProactively manage project risk, scope, budget, and resources with status updates Contribute knowledge to improve work products and firm capabilities Support service line understanding and contribute to business development pipeline Develop tools for service lines or technical areas Support internal quality improvement initiatives and targeted process development Contribute to business development activities (proposals, articles, speaking engagements)Aim to achieve revenue targets for the Senior Consultant level Ensure compliance with regulations and ethical standards Key requirements 2-5 years of health care consulting experience preferred Master’s degree in an applicable field strongly preferred (e.g., MBA, MPH, MHA, MPA)Experience in at least two areas: Network Development, Care Management, Clinical Redesign, Behavioral Health Strong project management skills Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills Willingness to travel up to 50% and work flexible hoursstrong client relationship managementhigh service orientationcommunication and collaborationproject managementdata analyticsrisk management
