About the Role: Join a high-performing, collaborative ER team providing 24/7 emergency and urgent care for dogs and cats.
Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose, treat, and stabilize emergency cases
  • Perform emergency surgeries when needed
  • Utilize digital X-ray, ultrasound, and in-house labs
  • Communicate clearly with pet owners and referring veterinarians
  • Collaborate closely with skilled technicians and support staff
  • Maintain accurate and timely medical records
  • Participate in CE and professional development opportunities
Qualifications:
  • DVM or equivalent with active license in FL or TX1+ year of emergency experience preferred
  • Strong diagnostic, surgical, and communication skills
  • Calm, collaborative mindset under pressure
  • Passion for empathetic, high-quality care
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $250K+Production Bonus: 21 -23% (paid monthly)
