Shop Helper Abundant Solutions-Claremore is seeking dependable shop helpers to support production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in fabrication, assembly, and industrial processes.
What You'll Do:
- Assist with material handling, staging, and shop organization
- Support assembly and fabrication teams with daily tasks
- Load, unload, and move parts and steel throughout the facility
- Help prepare materials for welding, machining, and finishing
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards
What We're Looking For:
- Previous shop, warehouse, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to use hand tools
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to learn and grow in a skilled trade
- Must be able to read a tape measure to 1/16thMust have experience with hand and power tools
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly
- Ability to stand, bend, and move for extended periods
- Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment
