Entry Level Private Equity Attorney

Overview: Targeted at current third-year law students graduating in Spring 2027, with an anticipated start date in Fall 2027. This is a non-partnership track role with a comprehensive training and development program and a reduced billable hours requirement. Associates will be immediately integrated into a practice group and team, with opportunities to contribute to pro bono matters. The role expects availability during business hours, evenings, and weekends, and requires travel as needed for firm or client engagements. Responsibilities include mentoring and supervising junior lawyers and staff. The firm offers a hybrid work environment, blending regular in-office presence with some work-from-home flexibility.
