Global Health & Safety Director

Finlays Solutions is seeking a Director of Health & Safety in Lincoln, RI to lead occupational health, safety, and process safety across the business. You will report to the COO and partner with the Global Head of Health & Safety to implement global strategy locally, driving a risk-based, practical safety program. You will lead the H&S team, oversee investigations, and develop competency through coaching and leadership programs while embedding safety into operational excellence and growth plans.
