As a driver, you use your own vehicle to help people in your community reach care, including doctor visits, dialysis and physical therapy. Partner with Veyo as an independent contractor in Virginia, helping people get to appointments. Drive with Uber, Lyft, DoorDash or another rideshare or delivery app? Add another way to earn with your own car and driving experience. Add daytime driving: Keep your other apps: Continue driving with Uber or Lyft. Help someone reach an appointment they depend on. Do I need a CDL or medical experience? No CDL or EMT qualification is required. Complete Veyo's screening and required training. Can I use my own car? Yes, if it meets Veyo's vehicle requirements and passes inspection. Ability to pass a drug test (including marijuana; medical marijuana cards are not accepted) Have at least 3 years of driving history in the USHave a clean driving record Have valid vehicle insurance and registration Own an iPhone or Android smartphone Have a 4-door, 2006 or newer vehicle (no pickup trucks) English proficiency Complete your application, document checks, required screening, vehicle inspection and training. Once approved, use the Veyo Driver App to accept trips, pick up passengers and drive them safely to their appointments. These are non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT) trips.*
