CDL-A Team Flatbed Truck Driver

As a CDL-A Team Flatbed Truck Driver, you will run OTR routes with a partner hauling specialized flatbed freight. You’ll safely operate late-model tractors, manage securement of high-value and over-dimensional loads, follow DOT and HOS regulations, and complete accurate logs and inspections. Teams are either pre-formed or matched, running nationwide miles with structured base pay plus accessorial and performance-based bonuses. Operate a Class A tractor-trailer as part of a team on long-haul and regional routes, following all traffic laws and company policies. Haul and help secure flatbed and step-deck freight, ensuring loads are properly tied down and protected per safety standards. Comply with FMCSA and DOT regulations, including accurate use of electronic logs and adherence to Hours-of-Service rules. Perform thorough pre-trip, en route, and post-trip inspections, reporting and documenting any issues with equipment or cargo. Coordinate with dispatch and your driving partner on routes, schedules, and communication to maintain on-time, safe delivery performance.
