Orthopedic Surgeon Austin, TexasCurrently seeking a licensed Orthopedic Surgeon to join a group in Texas: Austin is a preference but open to Dallas, then San Antonio. This role specializes in helping patients recover from injuries, including those sustained in auto accidents, by combining advanced treatment options with a compassionate, patient-centered approach. Responsibilities of the Orthopedic SurgeonWork a Monday through Friday schedule during regular business hours with no hospital call. Conduct comprehensive medical examinations and musculoskeletal assessments with an emphasis on evidence-based clinical care. Diagnose and treat a wide range of orthopedic injuries and conditions, including fractures, joint issues, and degenerative bone diseases. Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment and care plans tailored to patient needs and recovery goals. Maintain detailed, accurate, and up-to-date medical records, ensuring timely completion of notes and charting. Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, radiologists, and specialty physicians. Provide clear, compassionate communication with patients and families regarding diagnoses, procedures, and treatment plans. Educate patients on their orthopedic conditions, recovery expectations, preventive care, and rehabilitation options. Requirements of the Orthopedic SurgeonActively licensed physician in good standing in the State of Texas. Current BLS certification, board certification, and DEA certification. 2+ years of practice experience is preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Verbal and written Spanish skills are a plus, but not required. Efficient time management in a busy clinic setting. Full adherence to HIPAA rules and regulations and ethical considerations of the practice of medicine. #MASC105
