Remote Visual Designer & Design Systems Lead

Optimizely is seeking a Visual Designer to shape and evolve the visual experience of Optimizely.com. You will blend visual design, systems thinking, and digital execution to create engaging, user-centered experiences that elevate our brand and support business goals. Reporting to the Sr. Manager, Digital Experience, this fully remote role focuses on scalable web experiences, expanding our design system, and building reusable website components within Optimizely's Visual Builder.
