Senior Marketing Data Analyst - Growth & Attribution (Miami)

SheMed is seeking a Senior Data Analyst, Marketing to join the marketing team and drive data-led decision-making across acquisition, retention, and campaigns. You will measure performance across Meta, Google, paid social, and influencer partnerships, building dashboards in Tableau and creating scalable data models with dbt. You will translate complex datasets into clear narratives for senior leadership, enabling optimization of CAC, LTV, churn, and revenue.
