Firm is known for having a great reputation, fast career progression and the chance to see a diverse range of transactions Analyze complex investment and financing transactions, including underlying legal agreements, to determine the appropriate accounting treatment and reporting impact Advise on technical accounting matters related to private credit investments, new products, strategic initiatives, and transaction activity Work closely with deal teams throughout the transaction lifecycle to evaluate proposed structures and address accounting considerations early in the process Develop concise, well-documented accounting position papers and coordinate with external auditors and advisors to support final conclusions Collaborate with Business Development, Legal, Tax, Structuring, Operations, Investor Relations, and Finance on cross-functional transaction and reporting matters Prepare and review management reporting for the private credit platform, as well as related U.S. GAAP financial statements and disclosure requirements Contribute to additional Accounting Policy and Financial Reporting initiatives, including periodic close activities, annual audits, and special projects 50483
