American Traveler is hiring an Interventional Radiology Technologist for Cardiac Interventional Radiology, requiring ARRT and CRT/fluoro certification with 3-5 years of recent relevant experience preferred. Details Interventional Radiology department performing diagnostic and interventional radiology exams, which may include hybrid procedures Operates complex stationary and mobile diagnostic equipment4x10 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PMVaried call including nights and weekends, with rotating weekend shifts
Requirements: ARRT certification requiredCRT and fluoroscopy certification requiredBLS certification requiredCA state license required if applicable 3-5 years of recent relevant experience preferred
Additional Information:
  • Assists physicians during diagnostic and/or guidance imaging for invasive procedures
  • Educates patients on procedures, medications, and contrast media to alleviate fear and anxiety
  • Ensures routine and priority tasks are completed within established departmental time frames
  • Accepts local candidates at the local rate within a 50-mile radius
  • Maximum RTO of 7 days per contract, with only 1 holiday request permitted per contract
