Overview
In this role you will lead and evolve ERGO NEXT’s global learning agenda to accelerate technical capability and organizational transformation. You’ll design scalable AI-enabled learning programs, work closely with leaders, and drive measurable impact across locations. You will blend strategic planning with hands-on delivery, shaping how teams acquire digital skills and apply them to real work. This position offers a chance to influence learning at scale and support a rapidly growing, tech-driven insurance business. You will be at the center of our AI enablement and capability-building efforts, partnering with cross-functional teams to elevate performance.

Responsibilities Design and execute enterprise AI enablement strategy with a skills framework, persona-based paths, and use-case-driven experiences Conduct skills gap analyses to identify current and future technical learning needs Design, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions including workshops, self-paced courses, mentoring, and peer learning Facilitate workshops, virtual/in-person training, and onboarding focused on technology and digital competencies Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with business priorities and technology roadmaps Partner with cross-functional leaders to ensure training drives performance, consistency, and culture across locations Build and maintain metrics/dashboards to measure learning effectiveness, adoption, and business impact Stay current on trends in L&D, AI enablement, and skills-based organization design Ensure learning content meets quality and accessibility best practices Coach subject matter experts to become effective trainers
Key requirements Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Technology, or related field 7+ years of experience in Learning & Development with exposure to technical or digital training 2+ years of experience managing global teams across time zones and geographies Proven ability to operate at strategic and hands-on levels, building long-term frameworks and delivering programs Strong cross-cultural communication skills and experience with global teams Solid understanding of modern learning technologies, frameworks, and instructional design methodologies Ability to deliver training and facilitate learning in English Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities Flexibility to accommodate meetings across global time zones Background in technology-driven environments, SaaS, IT, digital transformation or similarcross-cultural communicationfacilitationcollaborationmodern learning technologiesinstructional design methodologiesAI enablement
