About the role
Divergent is seeking a Lead Recruiter, Production to serve as a player-coach for our Production Recruiting team. This role combines hands-on recruiting with day-to-day leadership of the recruiters responsible for hiring the skilled talent that supports our production operations.
The Lead Recruiter will own production requisitions, build talent pipelines, and collaborate closely with Production leadership to ensure recruiting aligns with critical operational needs in a fast-paced manufacturing
