Outside Sales Representative - Windows & Cabinets

Starlite Windows & Cabinets is expanding its sales team and looking for an ambitious, energetic, and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to grow our business throughout the Northeast region of the United States. We offer a competitive guaranteed starting salary, additional performance-based commissions, a monthly car allowance, and the opportunity to grow your earnings as you build your customer base. Whether you have experience selling building materials or come from another sales industry, we want to hear from you! Compensation & Benefits Starting Base Salary: $66,000 annually, paid weekly. Monthly Car Allowance: $500. Performance-Based Commission: Earn an additional 4% commission on eligible sales exceeding four times your monthly base salary. Commission payments issued every third pay cycle. Health Insurance: Company pays 50% of the health insurance cost. Full-time, stable employment.
