Fair Haven Senior Living is seeking a strong, hands-on leader to oversee our Short-Term Rehab and Long-Term Care community in Decatur, Illinois. We’re looking for someone who knows skilled nursing, enjoys developing teams, and can balance quality resident care with strong day-to-day operations. You’ll have the support of an experienced leadership team while still having the opportunity to lead, build, and make the community your own.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the community
- Ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance
- Mentor and support department leaders and staff
- Promote a positive, collaborative workplace culture
- Oversee budgets, financial performance, and operational goals
- Maintain strong survey readiness and regulatory standards
- Build relationships with residents, families, employees, and community partners
- Identify opportunities to improve resident satisfaction, employee engagement, and overall performance
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Illinois LNHA license
- Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care leadership experience 3+ years of leadership experience in a SNF/LTC setting
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and survey readiness
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage facility operations
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
