High School Student Mentor & Academic Coach

Westfield Public Schools seeks a Student Mentor for St. Mary's High School to support at-risk students with academic and personal growth. The role is part-time (up to 10 hours per week) with a $30 per hour stipend, during the 2026-2027 school year. You will build trusting relationships, encourage good study habits, coordinate with teachers and families, monitor attendance, and complete mentor logs. Must have at least 2 years of relevant experience and citizenship/residency/work visa.
