Requirements: Licensed dentist Orthodontic Residency
Education:
DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school. Specialization: Completion of an accredited Orthodontic residency. Licensure: Valid Dental License in the state of Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain).Certification: American Board of Orthodontics (ABO) certification.
Requirements:
* Ability to travel overnight for training sessions once a month during the first year. Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to start date.
