Sales Training Manager (Remote)

Overview In this role you lead the design and delivery of onboarding and ongoing training for Comfort Medical’s sales team, aligning learning initiatives with marketing and sales strategies. You’ll develop curricula covering product knowledge, DME industry concepts, selling skills, and systems usage, while fostering collaboration across training, sales, and marketing. Expect hands-on coaching, blended delivery methods, and continuous improvement of learning programs to boost sales effectiveness. Compensation / Benefitscomprehensive health/dental/vision insurance 401(k) with company matchpaid time off and flexible work arrangementsprofessional development and tuition reimbursementrewards and recognition programsteam-building and company-sponsored events Responsibilities Design, develop, coord, and facilitate core onboarding curricula for new hires Create training programs for existing sales force to enhance product knowledge and selling skills Deliver innovative blended training methods (in-person, virtual, group, 1-1)Plan and schedule training events and evaluate trainee performance Collaborate with Field Sales Trainers, Regional and National Directors, Consumer Sales Leaders and Marketing Co-travel with reps to observe customer interactions and reinforce messaging Improve learning approaches and adoption of learning modalities Partner with Sales Leadership to assess field needs and identify competencies gaps Collaborate with local and global training teams to implement programs Manage US Chronic Care Field Sales Trainers programs and content direction Key requirements Bachelor’s degree 3+ years in learning/development or healthcare/med device training 3+ years designing and implementing training programs or as field sales trainer Willingness to travel 25-40%, with occasional global travel Strong verbal and written communication Excellent presentation and facilitation Adult learning theory and instructional design understanding Proficiency with Learning Management Systems (LMS)eLearning development Office tools (Word, Excel, Power Point)
