Family Engagement BCBAThe Family Engagement BCBA is responsible for delivering high-quality, caregiver-focused Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services designed to improve client outcomes through active caregiver involvement. This role prioritizes parent and caregiver training to promote generalization of skills across home and community settings, increase caregiver confidence, and ensure consistency of interventions outside of direct therapy sessions. In addition to providing individualized caregiver training, the Family Engagement BCBA collaborates closely with families, clinical teams, and other service providers to implement practical, trauma-informed strategies aligned with each client's treatment goals. This includes supporting treatment planning, caregiver readiness, and ongoing consultations to address barriers to implementation and maximize long-term success. Services are delivered across a variety of settings including clinic, home, and telehealth to ensure accessibility and flexibility for families. The role may require adaptable scheduling to accommodate caregiver availability, including travel between locations to support service delivery.
