Director of Packaging Innovation & Creative Services

FAM Brands in Beverly Hills is seeking a Director of Packaging and Creative Services to lead packaging innovation, strategy, and production for owned, licensed, and private-label brands. This hands-on leadership role requires mentoring Packaging Designers and Project Managers while ensuring global brand consistency. You will collaborate with Sales, Design, and Production teams, oversee color management and proofs, and ensure compliance with retailer specs and production parameters.
