Account Manager Indiana, PA | Full-Time | Year-Round EarthCraft Landscaping is looking for an Account Manager who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and helping clients maintain beautiful properties. This role manages a portfolio of residential and commercial landscape maintenance accounts while working closely with our crews and leadership team to deliver exceptional service.
What You'll Do:
Manage client relationships and conduct regular site visits Renew maintenance contracts and sell enhancement services Meet with new leads and prepare estimates and proposals Direct crews to meet company standards Identify opportunities to improve and enhance client properties Work with our operations team to ensure quality and customer satisfaction What We're Looking For Experience in landscape maintenance, horticulture, or a related field Strong communication and organizational skills Positive, self-motivated, and team-oriented attitude Valid driver's license Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel Pay & Benefits $50,000–$60,000 base salary plus commission Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Employer-Matched 401(k) Retirement Plan Paid Holidays and Vacation Professional Development & Certification Reimbursement Advancement Opportunities Why EarthCraft?
