Regional Nursing Supervisor Clinical Leadership

Advocate Health is seeking a Nursing Supervisor to provide clinical leadership across Central Georgia locations including Macon and Milledgeville. This role oversees nursing practice, staffing, and coordination of patient care under applicable laws and policies. You will participate in events and ensure quality care delivery during 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. schedules. The ideal candidate has RN licensure, a BSN, and strong leadership, communication, and regulatory knowledge.
