In this role, you'll oversee job site activities and help make sure projects stay on schedule, on budget, and up to our quality standards. Check us out here: https:///ResponsibilitiesOversee and coordinate all activities of concrete crew on job sites Interpret blueprints and project specifications, assigning tasks accordingly Promote and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment Ensure high-quality work is completed on schedule and meets all specifications Conduct regular inspections of work progress, materials and equipment Collaborate with superintendent and project manager to report on progress and address issues Maintain accurate records of workforce, daily activities, and timelines Participate in planning and scheduling of concrete pours and finishing operations Address and resolve any on-site issues or conflicts effectively
