Tribal Prosecutor: Defender of Justice & Community

The Cocopah Tribe of Arizona seeks an experienced Prosecutor to represent the tribal government in criminal and civil matters. The role involves handling prosecutions, civil disputes, and providing legal guidance to tribal leaders within the Cocopah jurisdiction. The ideal candidate holds a J.D., tribal bar eligibility, and at least 5 years of litigation experience, preferably in tribal law, with a valid Arizona driver’s license and clean record.
