Respiratory Care Specialist Student

Under the guidance of respiratory care leadership, assist with patient care by providing ordered respiratory services, including electrocardiograms and non-invasive therapy. Clean, disinfect, store respiratory therapy equipment, and restock supplies. Basic Cardiac Life Support is required; an NBRC respiratory therapist credential must be obtained within six months of hire. Assist the healthcare team in caring for the appropriate patient population. Provide respiratory care as ordered by physicians. Perform electrocardiograms. Provide non-invasive respiratory therapy. Clean, disinfect, and store respiratory therapy equipment. Restock respiratory care supplies.
