Global Tax Manager – Intl Tax & ASC 740 (Hybrid)

Akamai's global tax team in Cambridge (with Krakow) is seeking a Tax Manager to lead activities of the international tax accounting function and partner across Treasury, Legal, Finance and Accounting. You will manage quarterly and year-end worldwide tax provisions per ASC 740, Pillar Two top-up tax, and oversee external service providers with a focus on SOX compliance and accurate reporting. The ideal candidate is a CPA and/or MST with at least 6 years of corporate tax experience, strong US GAAP
