Job Title: NS Precision Inc. – Multi-Axis CNC Programmer/Machinist (5-Axis Preferred)

Location: Cornelius, NC (On-site, Full-time)

Schedule: 7am-4pm Monday to Friday.

Pay: $80,000 – $120,000+ per year, based on experience. Includes benefits and bonus opportunities. About NS Precision Inc. Role Description: NS Precision Inc. is seeking an experienced Multi-Axis CNC Programmer/Machinist to join our team in Cornelius, NC. In this hands-on role, you'll program, set up, and run multi-axis CNC equipment to produce high-precision, complex components, using modern CAM software and advanced machining technology. Working from our Cornelius facility, you'll play a key role in producing tight-tolerance, mission-critical parts for motorsports, aerospace, and defense industries.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop programs for 5-axis machining centers using Fusion 360 or Siemens NX.Support first article prove-outs and in-process inspections, work closely with QA to develop, troubleshoot and improve cutting strategies
Interpret 2D drawings, 3D CAD models, and GD&T specifications.
Develop machining processes for aluminum, titanium, and stainless steel materials.
Collaborate with other machinists, engineers, quality, and production managers
Embrace a culture of continual improvement
Follow AS9100 quality standards and ITAR/EAR company procedures.

Requirements: 4+ years of experience in 5-axis or Mill-turn CNC programming and machining. Motorsports, Aerospace or Defense machining related experience preferred or other precision machining industries. Candidate must be a US Citizen

Preferred Skills:

Excellent attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude
Program, setup, run and inspect tight tolerance Multi-axis parts
Programming using Fusion 360 or Siemens NXFanuc and Heidenhain controls
Using precision measuring equipment (gauges, calipers, micrometers, CMM, etc.)Strong print reading and GD&T skills
Experienced operating in AS9100/ITAR manufacturing environment Fixture design and production process improvement
Trouble shooting and root cause analysis skills
