The organization values integrity, transparency, and client-centered service, creating a professional environment focused on consistent, high-quality results. Client Service & Operations Associate We are looking for a high-performing, detail-driven professional who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and executes at a high level. This role sits at the center of our client experience and operations, supporting advisors, managing critical processes, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. What You’ll Own Client Service, Onboarding & Applications (Core Focus)Own the end-to-end application and onboarding process across insurance, investment accounts, alternative investments, and financial planning Gather, verify, and organize all client data required for applications with precision Prepare, submit, and track applications to completion. Nothing stalls on your watch Produce and maintain all supporting documentation (Right Bridge or equivalent)Proactively follow up on outstanding items with clients, carriers, and custodians Support financial planning onboarding, and invoicing Deliver responsive, professional client service at all times Operations & Advisor Support Keep advisors organized by managing calendars, meetings, and follow-ups Support cash movements, distributions, and lending processes (securities-backed and insurance-backed loans)Prepare client reports, presentations, and annual review materials (CRIA and financial planning clients)Ensure all work meets compliance and documentation standards Communication & Client Experience Act as a reliable point of contact for clients (phone, email, and general inquiries)Draft, proofread, and manage professional client communications Help maintain a consistent, high-quality client experience across all touchpoints Marketing & Events Support the execution of client events and appreciation initiatives Assist with marketing campaigns and client engagement efforts Data, Systems & Process Improvement Maintain clean, accurate client data within CRM and planning systems (e.g., eMoney)Keep audit-ready files and documentation Identify inefficiencies and improve workflows—don’t just follow processes, make them better

Qualifications
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)Experience with CRM systems; eMoney preferred (or ability to learn quickly)Understanding of compliance and documentation requirements Experience preparing Right Bridge or similar application documentation preferred Experience Background in financial services or a professional office environment preferred Securities licenses (Series 6, 7, 65, or 66) are a plus, but not required Willingness to learn and grow within the role Compliance Must pass background check and fingerprinting requirements Performance Expectations High accuracy and efficiency across all client, application, and operational work Strong ownership mindset (tasks are completed fully and correctly)Consistent professionalism in all interactions Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Ongoing improvement of processes and personal performance
