Tax Director — REIT & Development (Hybrid)

Rowan Digital Infrastructure LLC seeks a Director of Tax to build and lead the tax function for a fast-growing data center platform. You will partner with Controller to drive tax strategy, compliance, and planning across development, construction, and commercial activities. The role requires deep REIT experience, multi-entity tax structures, and effective collaboration with external advisors and internal teams; hybrid in-office in Denver with up to 5% travel.
