Helena is home to our main office and serves as the hub of our statewide operation. As our customer base continues to grow, we are looking for experienced technicians who want to build a career with a company that values technical ability, continued training, customer service, and taking care of its people. We provide repair, maintenance, installation, and technical support for commercial kitchens, restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, schools, healthcare facilities, and other foodservice operations throughout Montana.

What You'll Do: As a Service Technician, you'll diagnose, repair, maintain, and install a wide variety of commercial food equipment, including: Commercial refrigeration and ice machines Walk-in and reach-in coolers and freezers Ovens, ranges, fryers, steamers, and combi ovens Commercial dishwashers and warewashing equipment Mixers, slicers, scales, wrappers, and food-prep equipment Other commercial kitchen and foodservice equipment This is a field-service position where you'll work independently while having the support of our service management, dispatch, parts, and technical teams at our Helena office. Who We're Looking For We're interested in experienced technicians from a variety of backgrounds, including: Commercial food equipment repair Commercial refrigerationHVAC/RRestaurant equipment service Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting Commercial appliance repair You don't need to know how to repair every piece of equipment we service. Strong troubleshooting ability, mechanical aptitude, professionalism, and a willingness to continue learning are more important to us. EPA 608 certification is preferred for refrigeration technicians. CFESA certifications, factory training, and previous OEM experience are also a plus.
