Chief Tech & Product Leader for STR Platform

Extenteam is seeking a Head of Technology & Product to own what we build, why we build it, and how the team is organized to build it. This senior leadership role reports directly to the Founder. You will align two roadmaps: a standalone SaaS product and a live Shared Services operation, making tough trade-offs and shaping the organization for scale. This role is remote with quarterly in-person meetings.
