First Call Hospice is growing and looking for experienced, compassionate Chaplain to join our team!
Job Description
Spiritual Counselor/Chaplain:
Assures spiritual assessment of patients and families/caregivers in the hospice program and appropriate services are rendered in a timely manner.
Facilitates the development of the individualized plan of care by participating in the comprehensive assessment to meet identified spiritual needs.
Provides direct spiritual care to patients and families/caregivers.
Requirements:
Graduate of accredited seminary or school of theology or appropriate certification in hospital or pastoral ministry. Masters of Divinity preferred.
Experience working with patients and families dealing with life threatening illnesses and death.
Valid driver's license, auto insurance and dependable vehicle.
Pay Range: $30-$38/hr
