About the role

Job TitleWe are looking for a production manager for events for September 2026 and January 2027.
Job Description: The event production manager is responsible for the preparation and coordination of events. They ensure the smooth logistical and technical execution of projects, respecting deadlines, budgets, and expected quality.1. Preparation and coordination of production:
  • Participate in the writing of creative proposals in support of sales staff
  • Identify and participate in the creation of customized offers
  • Define the logistical, technical, and human needs of events (venues, furniture, caterers, technical, security, etc.)Establish production schedules
  • Follow several projects simultaneously and write briefs.2. Management of suppliers:
  • Research, select, and negotiate with suppliers (venues, caterers, hostesses, agents, stage managers, speakers, etc.)Write technical briefs/technical specifications
  • Coordinate suppliers before, during, and after the event
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and advice from cross-functional teams3. Budget monitoring:
  • Ensure compliance with the production budget (optimize costs without compromising quality)
  • Manage quotes, purchase orders, invoices, and financial reports4. Experience and coordination:
  • Monitor remote teams (or on-site in case of large events) during setups, events, and teardowns
  • Be the key contact for suppliers and teams on site
  • Participate in the daily improvement of the customer experience (on site, during exchanges)
