Description of Responsibilities 45% Teach swim classes, manage and mentor swimming instructors, and help to lead section and all-camp activities, including evening activities 25% Supervise open swims and manage and mentor lifeguards 10% Supervise campers during meals, at All-Camp Activities, and at night when On Duty 5% Assess swim ability of all campers upon their arrival to camp 10% Maintain swim docks and equipment per DOH and ACA standards. Responsible for the cleanliness of your cabin and program areas. Role model an environmental ethic 5% Other duties as assigned. May include facilities upkeep, landscaping, driving, dishwashing, etc
