Come build your career with us! Take a peek inside Endicott: Life in Endicott | BAE SystemsBAE Systems is seeking a Quality Technician to support the Power Systems (PS) product line. The Quality Technician will support the manufacturing floor with quality issues, react to key program metrics, participate in root cause and corrective action (RCCA) investigations, drive corrective actions, and foster continuous improvements. Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Protect PS from shipping nonconforming material
- Facilitate RCCA with Corrective and Preventative Actions
- Hardware Dispositions
- Operator FeedbackFAI (First Article Inspection)
- Inspections
- Part issue investigation/ Coordination with SQE (Supplier Quality Engineering)
- Data Trending
- Action tracking and closure
- Audit support
Because of the need for consistent, in-person collaboration and/or the requirement to perform all work onsite due to the nature of this role, it will be performed full-time on site. This means work will be conducted on location at a BAE Systems facility 100% of the time. Required Education, Experience, & SkillsHigh School Diploma or equivalent 1-2+ years of related work experience

Manufacturing experience
Ability to mine data and visually display
Technical mindset
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Mechanical background with an understanding of electrical components and Circuit Card Assemblies.
Experience with Oracle systems, FLX factory Logix, PowerBI and/or Apex is a plus.
Experience with control and disposition of non-conforming
with IPC J-STD-001 Standard Soldering Requirements.
Experience with use of inspection gages and measuring equipment.
Experience with root cause corrective action
with metric trending.
Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $52108 - $83373 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
