Arcadia LTC is hiring: (STNA) State Tested Nursing Assistant in Cincinnati

Responsibilities: Provide high-quality resident care and assistance with daily living activities. Answer resident call lights and respond promptly to care needs. Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Turn and reposition residents to maintain comfort and prevent skin breakdown. Assist residents with meals while following dietary restrictions, preferences, and allergies. Observe and report changes in resident condition to nursing staff. Measure and document food and fluid intake and output. Record vital signs including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, and respiration rate. Monitor residents for signs of injury, illness, or other concerns and report findings promptly. Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, caregivers, and other team members.
