Salary Range: $205,000 – $225,000 We are seeking an experiencedFull Stack Software Developerto join a high-performing Agile development team supporting a mission-critical federal program. This role requires expertise in front-end and back-end software engineering, modern JavaScript frameworks, microservices, cloud-based deployment (AWS), and database integration. The ideal candidate will contribute across the full software development lifecycle—from design through deployment—delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality custom solutions in a cloud-first environment.

Primary Responsibilities: Design, develop, and test custom software solutions spanning multiple applications and services. Translate functional and system-level requirements into detailed technical designs and implementations. Develop and maintain applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and back-end service architectures. Support and participate in code reviews, integration testing, regression testing, and 508 compliance testing. Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver iterative capabilities and deploy enhancements. Build and consume RESTful APIs for integration across microservices and third-party systems. Leverage AWS services to support cloud-native development, including serverless computing. Manage relational and non-relational databases, utilizing both SQL and NoSQL technologies. Ensure maintainability and scalability through clean coding, documentation, and peer collaboration.

Requirements: Minimum QualificationsDemonstrated experience with: Modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Vue, Angular) Microservice architecture and design principles Cloud platform development, particularly AWS RESTful API development and integration SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL, DynamoDB) Experience supporting Agile software delivery in secure, high-availability environments Ability to work full-time on-site in Tysons, VA Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) is required at the time of application Preferred QualificationsProficiency in React, TypeScript, and React Query Python development experience for back-end or scripting tasks Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, DynamoDB, and API Gateway Familiarity with accessibility/508 compliance standards and testing Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD tools, and infrastructure as code Exposure to business process automation tools (e.g., Camunda, Flowable, N8n.io) Strong background working within Agile methodologies and frameworks EligibilityMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship, now or in the future Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph (FSP) clearance is required for this role SalarySalary for this position is determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, and contract-specific budget considerations.

Proposed Salary Range: $205,000 – $225,000
